This Bonus & Promotions Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral and inseparable part of the PapiBet General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) of PapiBet.com (“PapiBet,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By claiming, activating, participating in, or otherwise benefiting from any promotion, bonus, free spins offer, cashback reward, tournament, VIP incentive, loyalty reward, or similar campaign (collectively, “Promotions”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Policy together with the General Terms & Conditions, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, AML/KYC obligations, and all other applicable Company policies.

If it is determined that a player has accessed the platform from a restricted jurisdiction (including via VPN, proxy, location masking, false registration, circumvention tools or similar technologies), PapiBet reserves the right to block, delay, reverse, suspend, or void deposits and withdrawals, suspend or terminate the Account, void wagers and winnings, and return deposits only where legally permitted.

1.7 Promotional Errors, Misconfigurations & Technical Faults

3.1 Default Requirement
